Staying at this hotel felt like having a piece of home with a small kitchen in the one-bedroom suite. The presence of DVD players in the room was a nice touch, making the stay even more enjoyable. However, the room assigned at arrival was not the best location within the hotel.

Walking into the room was the most horrible experience ever, but it was spacious and had a kitchen. The location was basically in the heart of everything, making it a nice stay for the price. The service, despite locking us out before discussing, was nice and accommodating, especially the new trainee. Dining for on-the-go travelers would have been improved with more breakfast options.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The room, although spacious for a studio, felt dirty and not consistently clean. On the bright side, it had a lovely little kitchen with all the necessary utensils. The service was a bit of a letdown as promised emails were never received, but the staff was overall personable and helpful. The location was great, right in the heart of everything, but some rooms had limited space to move around. The dining options were available but lacked variety. Despite these drawbacks, the facilities provided were satisfactory.
